The CanadianInstitute of Natural Health (CINH) was established in 1995 for the main purposeof bringing unity, strength and knowledge to the Natural Health Industry. Ourmain goal is to see Natural Health become rooted and grounded I n the countryof Canada. The question we need to ask ourselves is, “How deep do our rootsneed to go before we become a solid, aboveground structure?” So many of us are little plants with roots tomatch—helping a person here, there and everywhere. However, if we poolour resources together, not just financially, but our connections, our ideas,and our enthusiasm, we can do miraculous things by creating a huge enterprise.

Our business planincludes establishing 40 large corporations to branch off the Institute. Itwill take an absorbent amount of money to complete large projects such as aCredit Union, a Fast Food Health Food Restaurant, a University… Our intentionsare to root and ground the Natural Health Industry financially with the sale ofDr. Beverly Johnson’s books, audio, CD’s, videos and correspondent schooling. We are also looking at expanding our publishing to other authors as well.

Dr. Beverly Johnsonpromises to support the CINH financially with 65% of the income from the saleof her books. She has been writing a 5 Part series on Natural Health for thepast eighteen years, which includes several volumes to each part. Eacheducational book will have a companion workbook that can also be purchased forthe purpose of correspondence schooling or for personal growth. After expensesand corporate taxes, Dr. Johnson receives 35% as the author and the remainderis divided amongst 100 common shares. Reserved are 51 of the 100 shares forinvesting in the Natural Health Industry and the other 49 will be sold.

Nine shares havealready been spoken for @ $5,000 a piece and do to the closeness of thepublishing dates on several of her books, the price per share is now $7,500.The money collected from shares will help to establish a Publishing Warehouseof our own and that is only if we don’t find a worldwide publisher. In thatcase, the money is being will be used for expansion in the followingcategories: editing, printing, marketing, sales, accounting, clerical, andmanagement. The publishing of these educational books will set a financiallyfirm foundation for all.

We realize thatsome of you may not have $7,500 cash; therefore, we do accept monthly paymentsover one year, Visa, or in some cases we may be willing to barter your services.We would prefer not to have people involved just for the sake of monetary gain;however, we would like to give you a basic example of the income expected.

OUR GOAL if weself-publish is to sell 700,000 books within the next year. Several marketingideas are already in action, including Art Showings, TV and Radio Talk shows,and a Website. Anyhow, 700,000 books x $39.95 (average purchase price) =$27,965,000; that’s twenty-seven million, nine hundred sixty-five thousand.Publishing expenses estimated at $8,000,000, 35% to Dr. Beverly approximately$7,000,000 and corporate taxes $3,000,000 leaves the CINH with an estimatedprofit of $10,000,000. The 51 shares that will be put toward other projects =$5,100,000. The 49 shares purchased by individual shareholders will be dividedevenly amongst them—$4,900,000 ÷ 49 = $100,000 would be your firstquarterly paycheck of many yet to come.

About the Founder & President

         Dr.Beverly Johnson/Verpaelst resides in Midland, Ontario. Like so many others, sheoriginally began working in this field to recover her own health and because ofthe success in treating herself; naturally she was inspired to help othersseeking optimum health and well-being.

         Dr.Johnson originally studied under Isabelle Fournier, Dave Carroll, Dr. JackRichardson and Dr. Bernard Jensen. She continued her schooling through HonoluluUniversity and received a BA in Nutrition in May 1993, MA in the Healing Artsin September 1996, and finished her Doctorate in Iridology &Kinesiology/Muscle Testing in May 1999. Through tireless research of scienceand spirituality she is writing a five-part series on KineticMedicine—the energy medicine of the future.

As of August 9, 2004 she retired from her officepractices in order to finish some of the books she started writing 18 yearsago. For many years she was a leading Iridologist/Nutritionist who practicedadvanced Kinesiology/Muscle Testing, along with several other modalities. Sheis well known in the field of Natural Health and has had a clientele seekingher expertise worldwide.

            Dr. Johnson has been doing Biblical Research for thepast 28 years. Her studies from earlier translations of Greek and Hebrew haveled her down a knowledgeable path. Dr. Johnson is also a proud mother of fivechildren, ranging in age from 7 to 23. She is also a teacher, lecturer,published author, and artist. However, she is not an ordinary artist, shepaints auras. Auras that contain life giving energy that were designed to healher self and others. These paintings can be found in her Mind over Matter, PartII of her Kinetic Medicine Series.

Direct Marketing Ideas

The CanadianInstitute of Natural Health will contact Oprah, Dr. Phil, and a few othertelevision programs that will help in the marketing of Dr. Johnson’s books andnew energy products. Also, radio shows that have guest speakers’ such asCoast-to-Coast will also be contacted. We will continue to pursue this avenueas a guest speaker.

Dr. Johnsonhad her first groundbreaking Art Show in May 2004. Although, the books were notcomplete, she felt the show was very successful due to the fact that 75% of thepeople who attended bought prints & poetry that are from the Mind overMatter books. The people who helped her with this show are looking forward todoing another show in the near future in the Toronto area.

The CINH hasalready begun working on Energy Medicine Shows for the fall of 2006. People whoare already practicing various types of Energy Medicine are invited to speakand obtain a table as a public awareness campaign.

We have alsoprepared the first Energy Medicine Catalogue that will go out to many of Dr.Johnson’s clients with an invite to Mind over Matter on Tour.

Mind overMatter will go on Tour in the spring of 2007. The books, original paintings andprints of various kinds will be up for viewing and for sale.

Furthermore, Dr. Johnson has over 5,000 contacts fromprevious business over the last 18 years. She may also be teaching KineticMedicine 2007.

Expansion

Finances

         Withthe projected sale of 40 more pieces of stock, at the aforementioned prices(see Dear Natural Health Patron); hence, the income from selling shares isestimated at $500,000, which Dr. Johnson will loan to the CINH for expansion.

         Thecurrent financial status of the CINH is very good considering the only debtowing is to Dr. Johnson and her corporation (Balance In Life Inc.), which isapproximately $78,000 for 10 years of service: telephone bills, stamps, etc.and share money owed to Dr. Johnson. Assets include $10,000 in Ozone Equipment,a telephone, desk, and stock of current books: Muscle Testing in the 21^stCentury.

Languages

         Inthe future we plan to translate the books into several languages, includingFrench, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese and others.

OtherCountries

         Ifwe continue to be the publisher, our plans are to set up independent warehousesin various countries around the globe with competent managers and employees. Wealso intend to sub-contract the printing in other countries to save on shipping& exporting taxes.

Publishing

         Weare currently seeking a well-known publishing company to take the booksworldwide. We will thoughtfully think this through, as there are as manybenefits, as there are setbacks.

Shareholders

Currently:

         Eightshares are owned by the following people: Dale McInnes of Saskatchewan, MaryVamplew of Ontario, Andrea Schlupp of the Yukon, Saul Pressman of British Columbia,Sheila Convery of Alberta, Cynthia Irish of Ontario, Nancy Bass of Ontario, andDr. Beverly Johnson of Ontario.

         Twoother shareholders will soon be coming on board: Wade Johnson of Midland,Ontario and Anna Chreptak of Collingwood, Ontario.

         Atthis time, Dr. Johnson is the only director; however, once we have 13shareholders we will establish a board of trustees (13 directors).

Becausethe Institute can flourish within days or months do to the sale of Dr.Johnson’s five part series, we have recently set the price of stock at $7,500instead of $5,000. Our business plan includes raising the price a stock to$10,000 once we have 13 shareholders and again, once we have 33 shareholders.

Wedo not intend to ever go on the Stock Market. Our heart is to keep the moniesmade in the field of Natural Health for the betterment of mankind. Therefore,only people with an interest in the field of Natural Health are allowed topurchase stock.

         Oncethe company is producing, the share money will be distributed amongst theshareholders on a quarterly basis, along with an update on the company’scurrent financial status.
